Couples Counseling
Relationships of all kinds are difficult, and even the healthiest ones take hard work and commitment. We will work together to strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, build trust, and develop strategies to keep moving forward.

Group Therapy
Our groups provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can share experiences, offer insights, and learn from each other. They are based on the idea that people can benefit from both professional guidance and the feedback of peers who may have similar struggles.

Meet Our Team
Kristin Florez, MA, LPC
Do you ever feel like the weight of past experiences makes it hard to be fully present, no matter how much you want to move forward? Does stress pile up until it feels like you’re carrying more than you can handle, leaving you drained and exhausted? Maybe your relationships—whether with a partner, family, or friends—feel tense, disconnected, or stuck in the same painful cycles. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
Therapy can be a space to sort through what you’ve been carrying, ease the stress that’s been wearing you down, and build healthier, more connected relationships moving forward. You don’t have to go through hard things alone, and reaching out for support is a brave and meaningful step. My role is to sit with you, really hear your story, and help you sort through whatever feels heavy or overwhelming. I use approaches like EMDR and CBT, but above all, I want our work to feel grounded in connection, compassion, and what fits best for you.
At the heart of my work is connection—helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you move toward the life you want.

Rita Jaime, MA, LPCC, NCC
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you're not quite yourself lately? Do you struggle to set boundaries or speak up for yourself without feeling guilty?
Maybe you're trying to manage anxiety, improve your self-confidence, or navigate family or life changes—and you're not sure where to start. Therapy can be a powerful space to pause, reflect, and begin moving forward with clarity and confidence.
My role is to support you in building the tools and self-trust needed to handle life’s challenges. I offer a down-to-earth, compassionate space where we can work together to help you better understand yourself, break unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with your strengths.
I’ve worked closely with adolescents, families, and individuals navigating ADHD, identity exploration, and emotional struggles—and I’m here to help you feel more grounded, capable, and understood.

Angelina Fackelman, MA, LPCC, ADDC
Originally from Brooklyn, NY, I bring a direct, authentic, and compassionate approach to counseling. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted for who you are—not judged or told who you “should” be.
With a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Human Services with a focus on addictions counseling, I have a passion for helping people navigate the complicated places life can take us. My areas of focus include trauma, career and vocational concerns, substance use and recovery, and neurodiversity-affirming care.
I draw from a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with you to find what feels helpful and meaningful for your individual needs.

Whether you’re working through the impact of past trauma, feeling stuck in your career, navigating recovery, or simply trying to better understand yourself, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. My goal is to create a grounded, supportive space where you can be honest about where you are, build practical skills, and move toward the life you want to create.

Are you or your teen feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression? Struggling with identity, relationships, or painful past experiences? Maybe you’re noticing patterns in your family that feel difficult to change. Together, we can explore what’s beneath those challenges and create a path forward that feels authentic and steady.
My goal is to walk alongside you in a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. Therapy with me is collaborative and focused on building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
Using Bowen and Psychodynamic Family Therapy, I focus on attachment, family dynamics, and identity development — especially with middle and high school youth navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration during this important stage of life.
If you’re ready to better understand yourself and strengthen your relationships, I would be honored to support you.
